I would give a negative star if I can. One the the worst doctors and clinics ever! The doctor does not spend time with patient and the clinic does not send prescription to pharmacy on time and communicate timely with the patients!!! Avoid at all costs!
if i could put a zero i would. worst doctor i have ever encountered. absolute rude, does not care for patient’s concerns, feelings, opinions, and questions. when he is questioned about anything he rudely responds in an extremely aggressive and loud tone. my mother experienced several months of pain hoping doctor zhan would help, and with no surprise he didn’t. i do not know how he still has his license as a doctor. good luck to anyone who comes across this office.
Cynthia Huang at the front desk and all the other staff are friendly and super helpful. They speak mandarin, Cantonese and English.
