Never had a worse experience with doctors. The staff was inconsistent and rude. They would call to confirm an appointment with my mother who lives an hour away and terribly ill we would arrive and they would state they didn’t have an appointment. We went to local doctors orders were sent to Collete Davis and Doctor for a life saving treatment to drain excessive fluid out of my mothers lungs a symptom of what they were treating her for. Waited a year to get in never talked about stomach problems. Nothing got resolved . They Didn’t review my records before my appointment. Talked about other issues, but not what I wanted so much to talk about. I had hope going in , now not so much. Was really hoping someone would care to help me. Really unhappy .
Had a referral sent several weeks ago and never received a call or heard anything from G.I. Consultants. I finally decide to give them call right at 8:00am(this is when they open) just to be on hold for 15 minutes. After being on hold for 15 minutes a lady by the name “Jeanette” or so she claims answers. I tell her I’m following up on a referral that was sent several weeks ago by my general surgeon. She gets rude and frustrated with me, starts raising her voice and tells me she can’t help me and that I have call another time... read more
Dr. Adam Mougey is the absolute best Dr. In 2012 he was able to find (after about a gazillion tests) a 3" space in my esophagus that doesn't get any electricity. I had been to experts all over LA and no one could find the problem. HE DID. He's amazing. He's been my Dr. for colonoscopies, and now, again for more endoscopic stuff. I really do recommend him.
