My mother was scheduled an appointment here (approx. a year out was their soonest appointment.) in February 25’, but she passed away in December of 24’. Wouldn’t count on these folks for a single thing.
Office staff is so rude. I called to pay a bill and I think her name was Amber answered the phone and I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and rude. I was kind and just wanted to pay the bill and she kept taking long pauses and I would have to say “Hello” to see if she was still there and she would say “what” with a bunch of attitude. Providers are great, billing is the problem. First they harassed me for payment in full stating my insurance didn't respond. They did, and were paid. I paid my patient balance in full. They keep harassing me to pay it again. They are very unorganized and need a massive overhaul because this is unprofessional. Get it together please.
So disappointed in the way I was treated by Courtney and the lady who does the scheduling for colonoscopies. Rude, unfriendly, grouchy, dirty looks, annoyed to have to be doing their job. No knowledge of the meds I'm on. I have zero faith in these people, will be going to Portland for treatment.
I had the worst experience when i saw courtney the pa. I have an ongoing disease called respiratory reflux that needs continous monitoring. I have regular acid reflux too. I have it every day in the form of heartburn or throatburn or both. She would not consent to another endoscopy even though she ordered them in the first place. She told me...
