This is the worst run office. It has taken two weeks to get clearance for a medical procedure. We had to call this office the day before to follow up or my husband's surgery would have been cancelled. This is not the only time this office has been unresponsive. Trying to get an approval for prescription refills takes days and sometimes weeks. They are very unresponsive. It is easier to get seen at the local urgent care than get an appointment to be seen at this office. Looking to change doctors and not one associated with US... read more
