Highly recommend Gastrocare on the Goldy! Staff made me feel super comfortable
I saw my gastroenterologist of choice for 6 years in this clinic. One day the receptionist told me my gastro did not have space to see me anymore and only gave the option of seeing one other doctor. We already know how terrible the public system can be for choosing specialists in Australia so that's why I have health insurance and therefore the option of choosing my specialists. Rang to get an appointment was told i needed private health ccare to see the Doctor i last saw. I dont have PRIVAte health care.. There was a dr who would see me in April but wouldn't do a colonscopy if needed as I am overweight. Receptionist unhelpful so I had to hang up not knowing what to do!!!
The patient care from initial contact to post care is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Doctors are easy to talk to and everything is explained in easy to understand terms. Highly recommended.
