Arrived 30 minutes early, asked for a paper we did not know we needed, they did not tell us we needed it beforehand, was denied medical service they said we needed. Front desk is rude and lazy. please find any other clinic.
DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE AVIOD!!! I had a scope at this practice and they chipped my tooth! Refused to fix their mistake of BREAKING MY TOOTH! Then had the audacity to send me a $700 bill for service after they chipped my tooth. PLUS, I have to pay $1.5K to fix a broken tooth!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE! I am 40 and I will never go back to this place and will warn everyone I know to not go! There are other practices out there!
I was contacted by their office on several occasions to setup a "routine screening" but I had issues with the previous screening being billed incorrectly and they refused to reclassify the billing correctly. So this time I went a step further and contacted my insurance and had them get in touch with GastroArk to make sure this would be marked as a routine screening. I have been going to this clinic for 10-20 years. A long time. I noticed when they moved to the new clinic on Cantrell the atmosphere had changed, but I pressed on. I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment this morning. I got there right before 9:00 due to issues leaving my house - not that they asked or cared. I had already done the paperwork online, so there was literally nothing left to do but walk to the back.
