I have been going to this clinic for 10-20 years. A long time. I noticed when they moved to the new clinic on Cantrell the atmosphere had changed, but I pressed on. I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment this morning. I got there right before 9:00 due to issues leaving my house - not that they asked or cared. I had already done the paperwork online, so there was literally nothing left to do but walk to the back. Dr. Johnson seemed interested in finding my daughters health issue at first. After one procedure, he literally gave up. We never received follow-up information, appointment, nothing! He knew the history of doctors we had seen and long journey it had been. When you are given up on by your doctor you get the impression they think you're making things up. great place five thumbs
Good Dr. but you are asked to arrive early for an appt and they aren’t even open before your 7:30 appt. Why ask me to be early to wait especially when I already have a hour drive ahead of me. They treated my time as it is invaluable. Not sure I’ll be back after this visit. Update. Checked in and 30 minutes later still waiting. I won’t be back.
