Amy in the billing department is rude and does not empathize with the patient. We were a self pay patient and they did not give us all the information needed, to know what else we will get charged for, besides the procedure. They did inform us that we would get charged for labs but months later I received another surprise bill they did not inform me of for $400. They use ridiculous drugs on their patients when they could use something else. They should not be given their patients fentanyl to go underneath procedures. That is irresponsible.
