I went in for a procedure today and was very pleased by every aspect of GastroArk. I met Michele at the front desk and she was extremely professional and knowledgeable about what was going to happen. Sylvia brought me back to the holding area and again, very professional and knowledgeable. Sarah was next with my iv and prep. Finally, Tiffany the anesthesiologist filled me in with what to expect and she was great and has a beautiful voice. Very calming. This place is horrible! Horrible patient care! Incorrect diagnosis the scheduler gives out medical advice and refuses to transfer my call to a nurse! I don’t recommend this place to anyone!!!
