My experience at Gaston One was disappointing, primarily due to Dr. Robert S. Wooten, who was one of the rudest doctors I’ve ever encountered. He wrote a prescription without even examining me. If the ratings were based solely on him, I’m certain they would be even lower. The staff was professional and courteous, but despite that, I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. Dr Wooten is excellent! He’s very caring. The receptionist, Ms. Mary King is professional, kind, and worked hard to schedule several appointments for me! Her demeanor is so friendly and I felt cared for by her and the staff as a whole. Thank you!!!
Best. Physician. Ever. Dr Wooten is compassionate, caring, and goes the extra mile to take care of his patients.
I went for colonoscopy. A mass was found and Dr Wooten had a surgeon and I was set up for next day surgery. He took time to explain what was going on and made me feel confident in the process. I would highly recommend him(and have) to anyone who wants a caring and thorough doctor. I am extremely thankful for him.
