Dr D and his assistant, Brittany, are both so knowledge and efficient. I feel like I'm in amazing hands and well taken care of when I see either of them. They always get me in quickly and anytime I call, they are quick to respond. I highly recommend Dr D to anyone with Gastro issues!

I have been very impressed with Dr. Farooq since I first met him six years ago. I think he is an outstanding physician!! I am confident that I am receiving first-rate care from him. And his nurse Carlotta is divine! In addition, the staff in the offices have always been so kind and helpful to me.

My doctor is Dr Surles. I have never met a better Doctor. My daughter is a St Jude patient and he is right up there with them. He has an amazing calming effect and he is very thorough. He actually listens to you and cares. I would not trust anyone else. Highly recommend him and his nurse. Love them
