Extremely frustrating experience. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 AM with Brett Mastromatteo and received a confirmation providing the West Palm Beach office address. Nowhere on my confirmation did it state that this was a virtual/telehealth appointment. I ubered to the address provided and arrived for my appointment, only to be told that the provider wasn’t even there and that my appointment was supposed to be online. The entire staff to which I've been exposed has been great. Dr Amorosino has been, since my first encounter with him, a very good listener with attention to details. He has even asked me about other medical issues that I have which are not even related to his specialty. The waiting time to see him is very short.
