Was on hold trying to make an appointment, just gave up at the 20 minutes mark. Felt like they kept me hold just to get my hang up.
Do not go here if you want your health care to be taken seriously. This office is disorganized, unempathetic, and unhelpful at every step. I initially came in for pain and was ordered a CT scan, but it took over a month for the office to send the correct paperwork for authorization. I had to call multiple times to follow up, and each time, staff seemed unsure of what I was talking about.
