While Dr Perla and assisting staff are nice, I was told there would be no co-pay for a follow up visit. Of course then they billed me with a co-pay. When I called about it, I was told a manager would get back to me, of course s/he never did.
The doctor is thorough and thoughtful and it it is like she's caring for herself. Unbelievable professional and expertise that I have not experienced elsewhere
Dr. Perla spends time with her patient and answer all questions.
The staff are very attentive and check on you regularly to make sure that you’re okay.
