I was treated with kindness and respect. The wait time was minimal.
I called this place and very rude to me on the phone. Somehow from hearing my voice. The women said, " We don't do fraud" Definitely struck a nerve in me. Why would she even insinuate that at all. I asked a simple question, not knowing if you could use one insurance or the other or both. Word to the wise, instruct your staff to work on wording and people skills. Everyone is so caring and willing to go above and beyond to get the care the patients need. They are so helpful and clear when explaining directions, next steps, etc. I absolutely love it!
Dr. Walters is nice, listens and takes her time with you.
