Staff here is kind and helps you navigate your options for things like payments. I don't always feel comfortable with doctors, but the staff treated me like a human being, with kindness and understanding.
I am a caregiver for my aunt that had a appointment with Dr. Lacamera. She is older so it took her some time to get to the back and Dr. Lacamera's assistant Lesly came and held her and walked with her as she roomed us. My aunt was nervous coming due to being hospitalized with Diverticulitis and never seen a gastro til now. She was very pleasant and handled her with care. This place was very welcoming from front desk to the staff in the back. My wait time was nothing and they all handled my treatment with ease. From the Dr. to the lab and procedures . Hands down the best GI in katy.
