Communication skills don't lack, they don't exist. Patient portal doesn't work, office staff doesn't answer phones, only way to communicate is to either personally drive down there or write a letter. UNSATISFACTORY!!! Office personnel will frequently close for days they're supposed to be working. Five day weekends are not uncommon. No sign on door alerting customers/patients office closed. No out of office reply on phone. Avoid at all cost.
