It went well here until it didn’t. They’ve had my chest x-ray results for the past 4 days and I’ve called 5x. I specifically press option 2 for test results and the person on the line says someone will call me back. Still no call back. You can’t tell someone they have pleural effusion then treat them like they don’t matter. I have an 8 month old son to worry about. Very unprofessional.
Friendly place, nice people. In and out of my appointment in 15 minutes.
