Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from this office. My in-laws arrived for their first appointment only to be told that the equipment was not working. Nobody called them beforehand, even though they had already taken the time and effort to get there. After repeatedly insisting and following up themselves, they were finally given another appointment. La peor experiencia que he tenido, mi esposo pidió una cita hace 1 mes y hoy estuvo para su consulta 3:30 de la tarde salió 4:30 y jamás lo vio el doctor porque según ellos estaba retrasado dicen que es una clínica de entrenamiento pero yo me pregunto qué clase de atención al paciente le están inculcando a los nuevos doctores nadie fue capaz de ir a decir señor tarda 1 hora más la atención Muy mal no lo recomiendo para que no pasen un mal rato
I want to give a special thank you to Carmen at the front desk (and everywhere help is needed) as she is absolutely wonderful! When I missed her call during the day, true to her word, she called back after 6 pm, and never rushed. And Dr. Neustater himself is just as caring and responsive--he truly looks out for his patients. Don't let the busy office discourage you---the care is absolutely worth it.
My Mom (C. Lee) has been a patient of Dr. Lewis Felder for many many years... and she will continue being one, granting insurance allowance. He is very patient, attentive, knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She could not ask for a better gastrointerologist. He is a rarity among the medical doctors that seem to be driven more by money than passion for their craft nowadays. Dr. Felder, you are the best. Please don't change...or move!
