Excellent customer service skills, i was greeted and acknowledged upon arrival. The triage RN and the provider make me feel at ease and answer all my questions.
The staff was friendly, personable and attentive. NP Susan in particular, was very thorough. Dave, the nurse's assistant was very nice and the offices were very clean. They had several patients yet my wait time was minimal. HIGHLY recommend this practice.
I have always had a decent experience with the practice. Getting an appointment is usually pretty smooth. Check in is quick and wait time is typically kept to a minimum. Providers are always friendly and welcoming. They are also knowledgeable and caring. Only drawback that I have found is providers tend to change fairly often so if you are the type that needs the same doc every time, you may get disappointed.
