the most unprofessional medical office I have encountered the hold time is over 40 min 2 and 3 times a day had a phone consultation for today at 1:30 they send the text yet it is 2:18 an no call. I've done lab and scan and no call for results
Dr. Torres doesn't care about his patients time. The appointments are useless because they call in patients in order of arrival regardless of appointment. The receptionist informed me that the doctor does not arrive until 4:30 pm even though they start scheduling "appointments" at noon. That means that a patient could be waiting 3 to 4 hours before seeing the doctor. I scheduled my appointment for 3:30 pm and confirmed it twice through the text messages sent from their office.
