By far the WORST, unprofessional, disgustingly rude, disrespectful, unorganized, uncaring staff, office manager & physicians! Six months of working here, and every patient I encountered asked what happened to the last MA, that was the red flag to never return! This office was a complete circus, and poorly managed. Run far away if you plan on becoming a patient or employee.
Anika, Asher and Dr Stein are the best team!!
On the morning of my scheduled procedure the office calls and cancels saying that they no longer accept insurance. I scheduled over a month ago and confirmed appointment online.
The entire team makes you feel seen and heard and like they actually care about your well being.
