In office and in hospital fine. But after procedure access on phone awful. Could not get through to a person only voice mail, and took over 4 hours to get a response. Very stressful.
GH 1) Recognizes patient’s time is also valuable and stay on schedule; 2) I was heard and given the time to express my concerns; and 3) Dr did not create unnecessary alarm. I saw Dr. Wideroff for the first time. She was warm, friendly, welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable and most importantly for me, not an alarmist. I left feeling I had found a new friend.
