The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. The receptionist was pleasant and provided clear instructions for completing necessary forms. The Nurse was very informative and asked good questions about my health and file information. A few updates were made to the records on file and she explained what to expect during our stay. Great Nurses- Lisa Peoples was simply excellent with this patient. Concise , to the point, listens and the right combination of professionalism and empathy.
So easy to get an appointment and it is usually on time after I arrive and then I am with my NP and she listens to what I have to say about why I am there.
