Very caring. The doctor listened and answered questions and was good at explaining things concerning procedures, etc.
Very nice staff and crnp Terie Guffey.
The staff was very friendly and Ms. Guffey was very thorough in explaining my concerns and treatment.
I have never felt so seen, heard and respected by a staff member. The technician was great too, but not only did Guffey CRNP stop and pay attention every time I spoke about my symptoms, she actively took notes and even added on a test last minute when I explained the timeline of events. I know that I have some unexplained chronic illness that I believe is autoimmune and she is the first provider of many to take it seriously in the form of immediate tangible action.
