The staff was very friendly and Ms. Guffey was very thorough in explaining my concerns and treatment.
I have never felt so seen, heard and respected by a staff member. The technician was great too, but not only did Guffey CRNP stop and pay attention every time I spoke about my symptoms, she actively took notes and even added on a test last minute when I explained the timeline of events. I know that I have some unexplained chronic illness that I believe is autoimmune and she is the first provider of many to take it seriously in the form of immediate tangible action.
