Made an appointment online. But was notified the night before the appointment that Sack’s did not take my husband’s insurance. We should have been notified a week before at least. The office also said that they DID accept my husband’s insurance when a call was made two weeks ago. I heard the Doctor is great but the office staff dropped the ball on notification of the insurance. They took too long to notify my husband. That’s unacceptable.
They don’t seem to treat their people well and it shows.
Dr. Sacks and staff are incredible. Dr. Sacks was kind, patient and thorough, explaining everything. He did my Endoscopy/Colonoscopy. Nurse Assistant and front desk kind and helpful. Not a long wait and organized.
