Horrible front desk personnel. Why would you pre-register and then be asked same information at arrival. Then contradict what you are trying to say! Then give you paper forms with what they just asked! INSANE. It the friendliest staff, horrible will give negative stars if possible. VERY VERY DISSCUSSED WITH THIS OFFICE I HAD A 3:00 APPT ARRIVING AT 3:06 AND THE ASSISTANT ADVISES ME AND SAYS DR. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. My appointment was cancelled three separate times without proper notice. When I tried to reschedule, I was told the only way to be seen was to go to a different office entirely. If you actually want to be seen by a doctor, don’t waste your time making an appointment here. They clearly don’t value their patients’ time or trust.
