Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. My appointment was cancelled three separate times without proper notice. When I tried to reschedule, I was told the only way to be seen was to go to a different office entirely. If you actually want to be seen by a doctor, don’t waste your time making an appointment here. They clearly don’t value their patients’ time or trust.
The doctor who attended me was very dismissive and even questioned my PCP’s doctorate degree. I explained all my symptoms and was met not only with pushback but also skepticism. At one point implying it could just be “IBS” or “anxiety.” Dr Maria Hernandez failed to help me to the fullest extent. My symptoms included vomiting, bloating, severe weight loss, diarrhea every single day, and severe abdominal pains, not to mention having to have my gallbladder removed just last year. Dr. Baigorri was excellent he is kind and helpful and for the first time after being admitted twice at the hospital he gave me an accurate diagnosis and recommendation.
