I had been a patient of Doctor Trainer for years, But when He retired I was worried about using another doctor. But I can not say enough good things about· Edward W. Dauterive III, M.D... Great bedside manner, Has always explain what is going on and what he felt best to do. 10 out of a 10.
Professional personnel!
Not only the people at the front desk are VERY RUDE, but they do not do their job! Instead of sending my copay bill to my secondary insurance, they put me in collection for $60! While I was in the hospital I was told by my doctor that they had tried to schedule me a follow up with the GastroGroup but they would not see me unless I paid the $60!!! No mail communication or anything at all they just sent to collection instead of sending it to my secondary insurance. I have been trying forever to get that out of collection but i... read more

No mail communication or anything at all. I would strongly advise to find someone else, if they don’t like their job they should go work somewhere else.
