I was running late to my appointment with Dr. Abbas on Friday. However, once I arrived at the office the staff was very understanding and made me feel extremely relaxed. Then I had to fill out all the paperwork on the IPad and was almost completely done. I pressed one both and everything disappeared. This just added to my anxiety. Wonderful experience in the office. I was in and out within 45 min and all of my questions were answered. Staff were all very helpful.
My first time going to Dr. Abbas and he made me feel so comfortable and I really felt like he understood all the problems I was going through. Chloe, Christina, Susanna and Kaylee make up a wonderful staff so very friendly and helpful. I am thankful for all of them. 😍
Gastro Florida has begun to restore my hope in the doctors in my area. Dr. Harraka and Sandra Arias, APRN are caring, to the point, and understanding. I came to them after a year of suffering from another doctor's negligence and was at the point of giving up. They listened to me and instead of trying to "fix" me, we are working together on a plan to keep me healthy long term. Being that I am still new to their practice I still have some reservations on certain things, but true comfort comes with time.
