I'm rating only one person from the Plant City office. I was shocked and very upset with how I was treated and spoken to by "Geneva", who, identified herself as a Nurse. " Geneva" is unprofessional, disrespectful, discourteous, and rude. She has neither the compassion or ability to appropriately communicate with patients.
