Doctor was great. Was very attentive to my needs.
No empathy. Fighting with this company over a medical bill for services. Bill is paid monthly, but they keep trying to push me to a collection agency stating it is unpaid. Unethical. Would not recommend Gastro Florida or it's affiliate doctors.
1st visit was great. Was scheduled for an in office procedure. Multiple messages to check in online. I did this and message received was checked in. Arrived 15 minutes early as suggested. No one in office acknowledged me. My appt time came and went. After 25 minutes I checked with receptionist and was told that the online check in did not notify them. And “wish corporate would fix that” so you know it’s an issue yet you still push for online check in. There could at least be notification after we check in online to let us kn... read more
Dr Robert Wharton performed a colonoscopy and upper GI scope yesterday at St Anthony’s Hospital in St Petersburg, Florida. Dr Wharton is a very knowledgeable and a very experienced Gastroenterologist. Hevhas reputation as being the best Gastroenterologist in Pinellas County. He does live up to his reputation. He is very thorough and explained the procedures and results. His current patients and future patients are fortunate to have Dr Wharton practicing in our geographic area.
