Great place with friendly people that are so helpful
My physicians separated from Gastro Florida and now we the patients have to request our own records to continue our care or wait 6-8 weeks or who knows how long. Of course I call Gastro Florida and the only line that answers is the payment line (convenient). The woman who answered was nasty, blamed my providers for not making this easier for their patients but in no way is Gastro Florida making it easy either and the vile attitude of the woman was that much more unhelpful. Doctor was great. Was very attentive to my needs.
No empathy. Fighting with this company over a medical bill for services. Bill is paid monthly, but they keep trying to push me to a collection agency stating it is unpaid. Unethical. Would not recommend Gastro Florida or it's affiliate doctors.
