One of the new front desk people were extremely rude. Overall I find the other locations to be more professional and kind than the Riverdale location. Extremely unprofessional and not focused on working.

I booked an appointment with Dr. Dabo Xu after years of gastrointestinal issues and bloating. He told me I had IBS-C, only to find out later somewhere else I had SIBO. All he did was presribe me medicine, which worked temporarily, but didn't get rid of my issue. I returned after six months to tell him my symptoms had worsened, and again, he prescribed me the same medicine which led me to frustration because I knew it was only going to be a temporary fix again.
