My experience in the office was great; however, afterwards, they never sent me a bill and directly sent the bill to debt collections without ever contacting me to pay the bill. Which I now have to deal with and clear up. The first time hearing about a bill should not be text message saying that your unpaid balance has been sent to debt collection
