I landed a last-minute GI consultation at this location of Gastro Center of Maryland. I was seen by Dr. Alexander Mamunes, who listened, put me at ease, talked through my situation, and, overall, was an effective doctor, whom I look forward to seeing for a follow up.
I felt very comfortable speaking with Dr. Rosenbloom. The staff was terrific. There was a problem after my procedure. My jaw was sore. Maybe from the endoscopy if you had to turn my head. Took about a week to get over the pain. Left lower jaw felt pain immediately.
Good doctors. Main point to be aware of, is just be prepared to wait in the waiting room at least an hour to be brought back into a room, then another 45min - 1 hour 15min until the doctor is able to actually see you. Give yourself 2-3 hours in total for your visit, even if you just need a quick lab slip.
