The office in olney was fine. My issue is with their billing department in TX. From my experience, the employees I’ve spoken with are incompetent. I’ve been waiting to hear back from a manager from the billing dept for several days now. If they can’t do their jobs, they need to get out. Don’t appreciate being lied to either.
I definitely recommend this facility to anyone. From the moment you make an appointment you are told what is needed beforehand. Once you enter the facility, you are welcomed by amazing staff. My visit with the doctor was great (Dr. Pia Prakash) she was sweet and detailed, she made me feel comfortable. 10/10 experience. This was my first time coming here (Olney Location) and it is far from home but definitely worth it. Amazing place and people. :)
Dr. Lowe is my favorite GI specialist in the area. He is very thorough, genuinely cares for us as patients, and I never feel rushed or dismissed when I ask my excessive amount of questions during my appointments. No question goes unanswered. I feel very seen and heard as a patient and appreciate his care very much.
