Dr Castillo is amazing! Not only does he speak Spanish he actually listens to your concerns and evaluate the patient based on history and symptoms! Only downside is the scheduling, hes busy so it’s always booked months in advance. His front desk staff is not the greatest but if you speak up they will work you in
If I could give this practice zero stars, I would. From start to finish, this was the worst experience I've ever had with a medical office. Every part of the process was frustrating—scheduling, communication, billing, and the level of patient care.
