Bad scheduling. Waited 2 hours for 5 minutes with nurse practitioner and scheduling clerk. Obviously they give little value to patient's time. Otherwise facilities and staff were top notch.
Dr.P is the best and addresses my issues in a timely manner although the wait is sometimes long it's worth it, though I don't think I will return back after what I witnessed in the office at my appointment, a person in which I am assuming may have been the manager was overheard talking in the office to another staff member while I was waiting to be scheduled for my procedure. I will NOT continue my visit with this place especially because front desk staff pretend to be nice with everyone else but when it came to me they were impolite and not as friendly, as they were with other patients in the reception area. I felt as if they only care to collect the co-pay first before they become friendly, their staff needs to be trained or retrained on public skills especially when it comes to dealing with first time patients.
