3:00 appointment and I wasn't seen until 4:30. They are too busy and don't respect your time. Doctor was obviously in a rush and wanted to spend as little time with me as possible.
I have a history of being sensitive to anesthesia and difficult to get an IV started. This was my first time visiting Gastro Care and Apollo Surgery and for the first time for me, I had no issues with the IV or anesthesia. I was so pleasantly surprised with how well I felt after the procedure and how easily I recovered. The procedure was quick and thorough; I experienced no issues recovering. GOOD LUCK with a getting someone on the phone, let alone to call you back to schedule an appointment or a procedure. Their phone lines open at 8:30 am. I called around 8:45 am, left a voicemail. Waited until about 10 am, and called again, and left another voicemail. Thereafter I called about every hour, and left a voicemail, every single time. I even faxed them, asking they call me.
