Everyone was very professional and welcoming, Dr Lopez was warm and comfortable to talk to, encouraging me to ask any questions I mite have. She very carefully explained the procedure she was telling me about, so I had a much better understanding of what would happen. This lessened my anxiety a great deal. The check out was as professional and warm as the welcome. Would recommend them to my family, and friends without any hesitation.
Absolutely excellent experience. I had been dragging my feet about being seen after other dental practices left me not wanting to get my teeth looked at; Dr Lopez and her staff were wonderful though. Everyone was kind, patient and thorough; and Dr Lopez took care to advise me on one or two procedures I might consider without pushing me to do anything unnecessary. Thank you!
My wife needed a gum graph, and boy did it sound scary. She was super nervous and I honestly don't blame her. Dr. Lopez's calm demeanor and patient, detailed explanation of the procedure put us at ease. Her and her assistant went out of their way to answer every and all our questions. I wanted to update my review below after having my gum graft procedure with Dr. Lopez. I was extremely nervous for this because I have heard nothing but bad things from other people I know who have gotten a gum graft elsewhere. Dr. Lopez and the assistant made me feel extremely comfortable and I did not feel any pain during the procedure. Very good experience! The staff were friendly and helpful. Dr Lopez took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had, she was very thorough in my evaluation and I feel confident in her doing the treatment I need to have done. I recommend this office to others!
