Everyone there needs to be drug tested and or fired including the supervisor!. By far the worse service to encounter. My package arrived there on March 4 and it's now March 10th and my package still hasn't been shipped!!
Terribly slow staff. Truck arrived at 12:54am for unloading appt. It is now 2:30pm and they still haven’t started. Staff sits around chatting, the place smells like marijuana, and if you approach them to ask about the delay they get rude. We understand it is peak season but this has been a nightmare. You can’t even unhook to go get something to eat. Do not recommend taking any loads delivering here. We hope upper management reads this and takes it up with their staff .
People here are pleasant was loaded in less than 43 minutes
