My husbands car broke down in Hanover and the driver towed the car to a dealership in Plymouth. My husband specifically asked him about what to do next once the car was dropped off. The driver said he would put the key in the drop off and fill out a service ticket, said that he does it all the time! It was a Saturday evening, dealership was closed, had to wait and call Monday morning. The service people had no record of the car and luckily found it out in the lot, unlocked with the key inside. I'm not sure who the flatbed driver was that was in the North Pembroke Stop and shop plaza on 7/13 and around 5 ish, but he was completely rude. He wasn't even there for me, this is from what I viewed. There was a person 3 spots away from me and he was there for the 5 spot. He blocked the other person in spot 3 and wouldn't move to let that poor person out. They had to go back and forth turning at least 6 times.
