Saved again by Gaston Hearing Center. Discovered this morning that the speaker wire was severed on one my hearing aids. In a bit of a panic I called for advice on how to get repaired, fully expecting a lengthy process of running around or shipping somewhere for repairs. Instead I was given an appointment for an hour later with Dr. Lindsay. She was able to repair, tune up and turn up my hearing aids within 15 minutes and send me on my way.
