What a wonderful place. Great doctor and great help. Took my every need into consideration and found the perfect fit for what was perfect for me. I was a person who needed help not a someone to see how much one could take advantage of. My last hearing specialist wanted to charge me over $17,000 for my hearing aids. They also said my insurance company didn't cover my hearing aids or my doctors appointment. So I check and came here and everything was covered and not for the price of an used car.
Dr. Tom is very knowledgeable, friendly, and provides excellent customer service! I highly recommend Gaston Hearing Center for your auditory needs!

My confidence is up, and I will continue to make the drive from Pineville to Belmont, quite willingly, to see them.
My wife had an appointment with Dr Tom and everything went very well. He is very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all our questions, ran the hearing test and dealt with the insurance end as well. A huge improvement from her previous dealings with another local hearing center where several people were involved and the hearing aid tech isn't even a certified audiologist and only available part time. It was a wonderful experience for her and she highly recommends Gaston Hearing Center.
