They always have rotten attitudes and I can't ever get anything taken care of through Kintegra at any location. Why do I always feel a sense of dread when I have to call y'all about my medical needs? Also if y'all are going to call people while they are working and not leave any type of message maybe put it in y'alls system the reason for the call or jot down a note or something instead of being condescending when we try to reach back out. I'm so fed up with this place.

Staff has a "devil may care attitude" urgent appointments would not be made. Had to call for possible cancellation to get in sooner than 4 weeks away. They really didn't care at all!!
