Dr. offices I used to love Gaston Family Docs when Dr. Johnson still worked there. When she left, the young doctor who took her place was very dissapointing because he seemed very nervous and couldn't help me at all with some paperwork I needed him to fill out. I also waited for over an hour in the waiting room, even though I had an appt.
Nicole This is the best office with the most caring doctors and med techs as well as their nurses and office staff....... everyone there is courteous and willing to listen your needs !! These doctors actually care for the problems you have and DO NOT cater to "med seekers" and "hypochondriacs " which is why I think anyone who posts a negative comment is looking for !!
Great Service!! I am writing in regard to the prior entry dated 6/20/07. I have been a patient of Gaston Family Docs for over 9 years and have always received excellent service! The staff has changed over the years & I believe this is the best staff yet. I am always greeted by very courteous and helpful ladies. I almost look forward to coming to the doctor (isn't that a change from the old days). I would not change anything about the office nor staff! Loss of business I contacted your office on 6/19/07 to schedule an appoingment for my daughter and was given one for today 6/20/07 at 1:00 PM. At that time no one informed me that I would need to be there early to fill out paper work. I left work, picked her up and started there. Unfortunately, I got caught in some construction traffic. As I'm sure you're aware, there is no predicting how long you will sit and wait. By the time I got to your office it was 1:07.
