I do NOT recommend Titchina Williams - she’s going against the medical expertise and advice of my cardiologist to demand that I have more heart testing done while holding my medication prescription over my head. My cardiologist faxed her a letter stating that I was fine to take the medication and she had the audacity to ignore it! I’m newly postpartum and now am dealing with going cold turkey on mental health meds for a month while I wait for more unnecessary tests. Zero compassion. I do not recommend Kintegra Health for psychiatric care, their doctors have no business working with people who struggle with mental health — instead of providing support, they personally attack you. They are dismissive and unprofessional; if you try to advocate for yourself or if they dont like what you say, how you say it, or even your tone, they will simply drop you as a patient. My provider listens to my concerns and addresses them accordingly. She makes excellent recommendations that I can use in everyday scenarios.
I looove my visits with the providers. They appear to be very attentive and very caring. Inspite of my anxiety of feeling that I'm talking too much, the providers walk me through the process. During my last visit, I watched the television in the lobby, great information was there to help me. Great job Kintegra Behavioral Health! 😁
I have had 4 different doctors in a year here because no one will stay. Getting an appointment is difficult and getting my monthly prescription filled takes a week or longer of back and forth phone calls and messages. The receptionist is condescending. The last time I tried to get an appointment I was frustrated with the process and the person scolded me for not calling earlier and hung up on me. I had been calling and messaging for a week.
