I received the same bill in the mail which the 1st time I sent over the insurance information and yall deducted it down I sent in the bill in the mail with a check 2 wks later it came back in the mail Today I received the same bill Samething Insurance not on file Idk what's going I m trying to get ahold of a supervisor with no luck If I dont get a response I'm turning this over to the state BBB
I was opening a water bottle to drink for some reason the plastic seal ring was lose and slipped down my throat by accident and I wasn’t able to swallow nor vomit it back out I made the 911 call at 3:20pm I wasn’t able to talk to a coworker that happened to be near my helped me Ambulance arrives at 3:38 at a different parking location, the ambulance leave the location around 20 min later to take me to the nearest ER “CaroMont Regional Hospital“ I’m literally choking and it take them a whole hour just to check me in . GEMS was called to transport me to ER. Unfortunately I was going into Septic Shock due to Disbetic Ketoacidosis yet the attending ambulance tech felt I was being "uncooperative" because I could not open my mouth so that a thermometer could be inserted. I was shivering uncontrollably due to having hypothermia (ER recorded my temp as 94.4) yet the tech was so focused on being angry at not getting a temp that I was also labeled "Non-Emergency". GEMS transported me from a medical office to the hospital. It was a two-member team. The younger responder was pleasant and comforting in my situation, and I have nothing bad to say about them. The older responder was critical of my health habits and added significantly to my distress in the moment, taking shots at my mental health and arrogantly proposing that her experiences and physical health habits were greater than mine.
