I just want to say I had a wonderful experience with my first ride in a ambulance. Very cautious and professional. Bailey and Elizabeth took GREAT! care of me.
Very unprofessional Haley employee , when asked where the third driver was she became very disrespectful, turning away with an attitude. If this company hires people like this I asked can they be trusted with your loved ones
We needed to transport my wife to the ER with a situation that was dire but not life threatening. The attendants were professional and courteous. They did their very best to assure my wife that they would get her to the hospital quickly, safety and with as little discomfort as possible. I notice that at least one bad review here is about the ER and not GEMS.
I received the same bill in the mail which the 1st time I sent over the insurance information and yall deducted it down I sent in the bill in the mail with a check 2 wks later it came back in the mail Today I received the same bill Samething Insurance not on file Idk what's going I m trying to get ahold of a supervisor with no luck If I dont get a response I'm turning this over to the state BBB
