Martyn came straightaway to rescue a bird which had fallen down my chimney. He removed the fire and retrieved the bird carefully before releasing it outside. I asked him to service the fire while he was there, and he cleaned everything up before he left.

Martin is an honest and reliable tradesman. Plumbers like this are few and far between. Would highly recommend.

I called Martyn with a concern about my boiler and he was helpful from the very start, maintained contact throughout the day about when he would be arriving , and once he arrived he was able to identify the problem immediately and set about putting it right. So difficult to find a reliable plumber but think we may have cracked it.
