I recently engaged Gastek to replace my aging heater and service my air conditioner, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism of the two installers, Jack and Rocco. They were punctual, courteous, and took the time to clearly explain the work being carried out. Their attention to detail and care in ensuring everything was completed to a high standard really stood out. I would happily recommend Gastek to anyone looking for reliable and professional heating and cooling services.

I had Gastek come out to fix my ducted heating and cooling system and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Not only did they fail to fix the issue, but the follow-up experience was even worse. Every time I called to get someone back out, I was told "someone will call you back" — and that call never came.
