Gastek has got to be desperate for profits to change a return fee! _______ Looking at Gastek's recent reply (which has now disappeared), it fails to admit that carrying inventory is a business decision. You carry less inventory, profits are higher but customers cop return call fees. Gastek wins on both counts.
