Outstanding service. Our hot water tank broke today and Randy came out promptly to assess it and even accompanied us to the wholesaler to help with the warranty paperwork — all at no charge. Truly above-and-beyond customer care. Honest, helpful, and professional! We will be using GasTech Heating & Air Ltd going forward and will be referring to family and friends as well :)

Fantastic experience provided by Randy and GasTech. Our Furnace had gone out and we called GasTech. Randy was quick to show up and diagnose the problem, explaining everything that was going on along the way. He gave us heaters free of charge to heat the house while we waited for parts to arrive.
