I think they've gone belly up. Took my order with payment up-front 18 months ago for inscription on an existing monument. Never came through. Now their phones are all disconnected. If you've given them money, kiss it goodbye.
If I could put ZERO stars I would! NEVER EVER use Gast monuments .. horrible service. How do these evil people sleep at night? Karma will get you Katie Gast and that other rude side kick of hers! Kept getting the run around from them and stupid excuses after a year no memorial stone for my Mom! Saw them on the news.. hope this place gets shut down if not done already on what these idiots (nice choice of words) do to people who are grieving lost loved ones! . Just sickening!
