Still waiting for boiler to be repaired from 3rd September. Woke up this morning to yet another email and phonecall advising that wrong part been ordered. 3 times wrong part ordered now! Ive booked specific 'after 5:30pm' appointments due to work commitments and engineers either arriving before this time and therefore 'no access' to property or we have been waiting into late night hours for engineer only to be told there's a "big job on" and its going to be after 10:30pm at earliest! 21 emails and l9 phonecalls and still not... read more
Have been with James Frew for several years. Following a phone call regarding blocked drainage also affecting the boiler, there was a prompt visit from an engineer who cleared a very difficult blockage and advised spare parts for the boiler. The spares arrived with a different engineer early next morning and were fitted. Both engineers were very knowledgeable, friendly and tidy. Excellant
I have been a customer of GasSure for many years and would not go anywhere else. Aiden attended us again today to fix a problem with the boiler. He's prompt and certainly knows his stuff!!
