Unpleasant secretary, called to pick up the documents and couldn’t find them.
Had Paul Gassner as our CPA for many years, always very satisfied with his service for both personal and business taxes. Switched to Steve this year and he's very nice too. We appreciate the prompt service at Gassner Company.
Gassner has always done a really good job at doing my taxes and getting me a decent return. The problem is their charge for doing so keeps going up every year. At one time I used to pay less then $100 (although this was quite awhile ago). Last year I was charged $165 and this year is $215. I don’t understand the reasoning behind the ever increasing charges. I avoided H&R Block because they were always the most expensive. Unfortunately Gassner has caught up to them which is disappointing to say the least. What’s next year? $2... read more
