Dr. Chiaban is the most brilliant physician I was lucky enough to be treated by!!! I just saw a regiwyby some nitwit who falsely said that Dr. Chiaban gives substandard care to African Americans. This person heed a psych evaluation- and not to be treated by the brilliant Dr.Chiaban. Go get you medical treatment in Africa!!
