Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Gass he took care of me with his assistant! Very productive and professional!

Dr. Gass is very nice. Staff was very difficult. Twice I had problems with my ear and both times was given an appointment weeks to months away. I call because the problem is today and needs to be addressed. This is the first physicians office that does not have emergency appointments. I will not go back, I will be finding another ENT
Appointments easily available. Very professional, responsive. Thorough exam, found simple abnormality and referred for testing that other providers should have diagnosed and treated several years earlier
Worse Doctor I ever went too. Had surgery on my nose. Surgery was scheduled for 11 am. He never did surgery till 5pm. Waited in waiting room all that time. The surgery he did on my nose made the problem worse. Went to other Doctors for the same problem he was supposed to have fixed. They said they never saw such bad surgery ever. This is 12, years and still having the problems with my nose. Now I have to have surgery again from his bad work he did on my nose. He was in such a hurry he didn't care what he was doing.
