Called on a Friday for a quote and Monday I had to call back and he didn't remember having a conversation with me, blamed it on his receptionist when I clearly spoke to a MALE! Called me back with a $4k quote when state farm and other brokers quoted $2200! Tell me you don't want my business without telling me. Thanks. Waste of time

Been customers for a while. Im actually the son of the people who have the insurance plan. I needed my car towed, so we went through the insurance, and made sure to use a towing company that was covered. On the phone, they told me the truck would be there at 11:42.
