After waiting for 4 years, I can finally post this review without being blackmailed or threatened about further build delays. I don’t even know where to begin, but in short, do not, under any circumstances, build with Gasparin Homes. I signed my build and land contract in Lightsview in May of 2021. This was for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse that, at the time, was sold to me as being complete in approximately a year. If you see Gasparin is the builder, do not sign with them. They are atrocious at communicating and deadlines mean nothing to them. We signed in Sep 21, still waiting with no sight in end after almost 3 years. and the worst thing, they absolutely dont care. They are there to make money. Their invoices need to be paid in 7 days, and they are quick to check on you about it. Even a day overdue, they will ask you about it.
