After waiting for 4 years, I can finally post this review without being blackmailed or threatened about further build delays. I don’t even know where to begin, but in short, do not, under any circumstances, build with Gasparin Homes. I signed my build and land contract in Lightsview in May of 2021. This was for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse that, at the time, was sold to me as being complete in approximately a year.
