I was a Gaspar customer about 10 years ago. Yesterday (Thursday), I called them for an auto insurance quote. A young lady told me they didn’t have anyone available for auto insurance that day and asked me to call back tomorrow. I called again today (Friday), and she gave me the same answer. I mentioned that I was the same person who had called yesterday, and she still said no one was available. Awful people, unprofessional and hostile to clients
Pam is a superhero! I put Pam in an impossible position (tight turn around, difficult area to find coverage)… but somehow she was able to find us coverage even when others told us they couldn’t. And not only that, but she has to be one of the kindest people you’ll ever speak to. Look no further than Pam for your insurance needs!
