Always been happy with the service, but today I sat on the lobby for over an hour listening to the receptionists disrespectfully talk about other employees. They should be embarrassed their customers had to listen to their caddy behavior.
First visit. All I can say is best most professional care any pet I have ever received. Not to mention the entire staff was unbelievably friendly and showed genuine care for my twin puggles.
My family and friends have been warning us to not keep taking our dogs to Gasow, we had to learn the hard way. As our five month old puppy was being prepped for to be neutered Dr Thompson called us telling us she thinks our dog will be crippled, this diagnosis without so much as an x-ray. In asking for another doctor to perform the surgery we were told no and to come and pick up our sedated dog. Our puppy cried, moaned, shook and could barely walk. I have been going to Gasow's for years. I like seeing the same friendly faces each time I visit. The staff know me and my pets by name and are helpful and kind. The veterinarians all seem knowledgable and the facility is large and pleasant.
